Blue Light

   Exposure to blue light at night is particularly harmful.

   Blue light at night is harmful. Unfortunately, most LED's used for outdoor lighting, as well as computer screens, TVs, and other electronics create a large amount of blue light. Blue light can make it hard to sleep and it can eventually damage your eyes.

   Most electronics have a setting where you can turn off blue light, it might be called night mode or something light that.
